Our students are our primary focus, we structure learning to meet their individual needs. Our programs and practices are designed to develop the potential of each student through their intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. At each level, from Toddlers to Grade 9, our teaching practices adapt to the way children develop and learn. We provide multiple ways for students to demonstrate their learning. We challenge our students to move to the next step without giving up.	Our Social Emotional Learning Program is based on Conscious Discipline, which is a comprehensive, self-regulation program that integrates social-emotional learning, school culture, and discipline. This program empowers students, teachers, and parents to respond consciously to life's daily challenges. Our curriculum is competency-based ensuring students develop the skills necessary to make sense of what they are learning and their environment. We use a combination of whole-group, small-group, and individual tasks to intentionally reach specific learning objectives. We develop critical and creative thinking by providing learning experiences that allow students to apply their knowledge in innovative ways to real-world situations. We promote active learning experiences while establishing solid routines and structures to maximize the learning of each student. We maintain a balance between high academic standards and respecting the development of each one of our students. We prepare our students for a successful future by developing their intellectual, social and personal skills.	We ensure that each child is growing and learning in a happy, safe, engaged, challenging and differentiated learning environment. Our classroom is focused on developing emotional intelligence by developing personal and social skills. The classrooms’ physical environment is flexible with open seating plans that promote collaborative learning.	We believe students learn by doing hands-on activities. Environmental Awareness	Community Service	International Focus
Our school has an ongoing campaigns to raise global environmental awareness.	Our school requires students to be involved in community service programs to broad their horizons to see beyond their home, school and family; raise awareness to the needs of others. With this experience, students develop a sense of service, responsibility, privilege, and sensibility of the world around them.	Our school prepares every student to become an informed global citizen, appreciate diversity, respect other cultures while developing a strong national identity. We teach and experience life in three languages: English, Spanish and French. Our Euro community has members of different nationalities.


Technology Integration	School Goals
Our school integrates technology to support learning goals and active engagement by providing students with opportunities to collaborate and prepare for the future. Technology is used as an integration tool across subjects to enhance learning and become technology literate.
